Physical Products (Crystals and Other Spiritual Items)

We offer a 15-day return and refund policy for our physical products, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund:

The product must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

Used or damaged items (not due to transit issues)

Items returned after 15 days of delivery

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

Courses and Digital Services

All purchases of online courses, workshops, consultations, and digital downloads are non-refundable once the access or service has been delivered.

However, if you face any technical issues or are dissatisfied with the service:

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item with clear photos as proof. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
