Return Eligibility

You can return an item within 15 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions:

The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

The product is in resalable condition with all original tags, labels, and accessories

You have a valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Used, damaged, or altered items

Items returned after the 15-day return window

Customized or personalized spiritual items

Digital products or online course access

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Provide your order number, reason for return, and images (if the product is damaged).

Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.

Ship the item back to us at the address provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

After inspection, we will process your return and issue a refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Notify us within 3 days of delivery

Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
